By creating an account and purchasing from C&S Fashions you agree to these terms.

Wholesale only. Accounts are for licensed businesses purchasing for resale. Reselling on unauthorized marketplaces or misrepresenting our products may result in account termination.

Pricing. Wholesale prices are visible only to approved retailers and may change without notice. Partner-tier discounts apply automatically based on account standing.

Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may limit quantities or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors.

Payment. Payment is due at checkout via the methods offered. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total.

Liability. Products are sold as described. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
