Light it like a beauty counter
Warm, bright, shadow-free lighting at the mirror. Nothing kills a sale faster than a customer seeing themselves in flat fluorescent light.
Show, don't store
Display bestsellers on quality mannequin heads at eye level. A wall of boxes says warehouse; a row of styled heads says salon.
Make trying easy
A private, well-lit try-on nook with a comfortable chair and a hand mirror converts browsers into buyers. Keep wig caps and a soft brush within reach.
Curate by story
Group pieces by customer moment — 'Back to Work,' 'Special Occasion,' 'Medical Comfort.' Stories sell better than style numbers.
